Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | ShiftRide Technologies, Karachi, Pakistan

1. Monthly Corporate Contract Termination

Corporate monthly contracts require a 30-day written notice of termination submitted to info@shiftride.pk. Pro-rated billing will apply up to the effective termination date. Advance deposits will be refunded within 14 business days post-audit of outstanding log slips.

2. Daily Executive Duty Cancellations

• More than 24 Hours Notice: Full refund of deposit with zero penalty fee.
• 12 to 24 Hours Notice: 25% cancellation charge on single-day base retainer.
• Less than 12 Hours / No-Show: 100% single-day base retainer charge to cover pilot dispatch costs.

3. Force Majeure & Severe Weather Events

In the event of city-wide strikes, extreme monsoon flooding, or government road closures in Karachi, ShiftRide dispatch supervisors will communicate route adjustments. Neither party shall be liable for delayed transit caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
